PARADE ROUTE (subject to change for 2023)

Beginning at 16th St and Atlantic Ave, heading north on Atlantic for one block, turning west on to Virginia Beach Blvd, north onto Baltic Ave, west on 19th St, passing the Tidewater Veteran’s Memorial and ending at Pavilion Dr.
