GUARDIANS NEEDED
Old Dominion Honor Flight Mission 10 is happening on April 18, 2026. Guardians are individuals who accompany a Veteran on their trip to Washington, D.C. for the day. Guardians can be family members or friends, except spouses.
If you are traveling with a veteran who meets the eligibility dates, use the application in this link and be sure to reference the veteran you will be escorting.
Guardians are requested to donate $150.00 to help in covering a portion of their participation in this celebratory trip.
CALL YOUR CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE
The Virginia Beach City Council will be considering an action to discontinue the free parking at the Tidewater Veterans Memorial on 19th Street across from the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The HRCVO strongly opposes this action and urges all HRCVO members and citizens of Virginia Beach to reach out to their City Council representative and implore them to vote NO.
